The Sewanee Dining and Sewanee Catering team includes some of the most dedicated employees at Sewanee, some with over 30, 40 or even 50 years of service to the University. New staff additions this fall bring degrees from the Culinary Institute of America and expertise from college dining programs throughout the country. Chef Rick continues his dedicated work to ensuring that the McClurg kitchen, Globe Café and Pub menus offer both excellent nutrition, culinary innovation and embrace sustainable practices at every turn.
